By making a purchase on MYRAIL, you agree to the following terms:
- Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
- Pricing & Payment: Prices are listed in pounds sterling and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
- Shipping & Delivery: Shipping times and costs may vary depending on location. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Returns & Refunds: Our return policy allows returns within 28 days from the date of delivery. Products must be unused and in original condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Taxes & Duties: You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or customs charges associated with your purchase.

- Use of Site: You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others.
- Account Registration: If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Content Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, MYRAIL does not guarantee that the information on the website is always complete, accurate, or up to date.
- Prohibited Activities: You may not engage in any activities that disrupt, damage, or interfere with the functioning of the website or violate any applicable laws.
- Sales & Purchase: We will sell and you will purchase products subject to our terms and conditions of business set out below. The contract in respect of the products supplied to us by you comes into existence when your order has been accepted by us in accordance with these terms and conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, receipt of an order via our site does not constitute acceptance of an order. Please ensure you submit to us your correct email address on ordering. We will use this to inform you of your dispatch. Once the payment has been accepted, the order cannot be amended.
- Affiliate Sales: For affiliate sales you will be directed to a third party seller to complete your purchase, of which we may receive a commission. For affiliate sales please refer to the terms & conditions of that specific seller. Once a user is referred to another site, the sale & purchase is processed through that website/app. *Please note that affiliate sales do not go through MYRAIL, please refer to the terms & conditions listed on the sellers website/app for further information.
- Payment: We accept major credit or debit cards as listed on the site. We also accept Paypal, Klarna & ClearPay.
- Passing of Property: The title of the goods passes to the customer after full payment has been made by the customer, received by us, and the goods delivered by our sellers.
- Passing of Risk: The risk in the products will pass to the customer on delivery. The risk in this context is taken to mean any damage or cost arising as a result of the purchased product(s) to either the purchaser, the purchaser’s property or to any other third party property.
- Delivery: Our sellers will normally dispatch within 2-3 business days dependent on the specific postage selected. The customer will be notified of the dispatch date. Any date or time period for delivery will be considered as indicative only and does not form any part of a guarantee. The customer will be informed of any products not available at the time of their order and will be sent to the customer, as soon as possible, when received from our suppliers. We cannot be held responsible for losses or inconveniences caused as a result of delays in deliveries by us or our suppliers. All products are sent by courier of our choice. We reserve the right to deliver only to the address of the person who is the holder of the credit or debit card used to purchase the products. Our courier’s records of any delivery, whether signed for or not, are considered definitive. On delivery of the goods the purchaser of the goods becomes responsible for any losses or damages arising as a result of their use, however they may arise.
- Acceptance: The customer should inspect any products and you will be deemed to have accepted the products unless you contact us within 14 days. If no such action is taken, we will consider the products being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their purposes, and may not accept any rejection of cancellation at a later date. Your statutory customer rights are not affected.
- Right to Cancel: You have the right to cancel your contract with us at any time during the period which starts on the day the contract begins and ends on the expiry of fourteen working days beginning on the day after the date of delivery of the products. Once the order is accepted we cannot cancel or amend the order after dispatch, as orders are shipped immediately following payment.
- Returns: If returns are received by MYRAIL & its sellers within 14 days of receipt by the customer, a refund will be issued. Refunds are generally processed within 7 days after we receive the returned items. Credit notes will be issued for goods received after 14 days of receipt by the customer (up to 28 days). Please ensure all items to be returned are in a re-saleable condition, in original undamaged packaging with all labels attached, and have not been worn or otherwise used. When posting your item(s) back to MYRAIL & its sellers it is strongly recommended you obtain proof of postage for your records. Please ensure that items are well packaged.
- Faulty Items: If within 28 days of purchase goods returned to MYRAIL & its sellers are deemed faulty, incorrect or damaged, you will receive either a full refund, repair or replacement. After 28 days you may return any item for inspection if you believe it to be faulty, and we may either repair, replace or refund at our discretion if the item is deemed defective. Please email info@mirail.co.uk prior to returning goods.
We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site signifies your acceptance of any changes.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the exclusive property of MYRAIL and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
You may use our content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any misuse or violation may result in legal action.
General
If any parts of these terms and conditions are deemed invalid, void or unenforceable, then that part or those parts will be considered severable from these terms and conditions thereby not preventing the remainder from being enforceable of effective.
These terms and conditions may be revised at any time and we reserve the right to do so.
Nothing in these terms and conditions will reduce your statutory rights relating to faulty or mis-described goods. For further information about your statutory rights contact your local authority Trading Standards Department or Citizens’ Advice Bureau.
Governing Law
Your use of this site and any purchase by you on this site of any products will be governed by English Law and will be deemed to have occurred in mainland United Kingdom.
Your statutory customer rights are not affected.
Currency Conversion
Please note that all currency conversions are intended as guidelines only – although we make every effort to ensure any price converted from GBP (Great Britain Pound) is as accurate as possible, it’s possible that there will be some discrepancies.
Converted prices are obtained from XE.com using the exchange rate provided, and are subject to change. We endeavour to update these exchange rates regularly, but as these change so often, we advise that you double check the exchange rate on day of purchase if you require an exact figure. All transactions will be conducted in GBP at the advertised price. Your bank or card company decide the exact rate on the day of purchase.
