How does MYRAIL work?
MYRAIL uses the very latest API technology to bring you stock levels in “real time” from a range of retailers & brands we work with. Our specialist marketplace offers a carefully curated selection of some of the most sought after styles currently available on the market.
Why was I re-directed to another website?
If you are making a purchase from one of our affiliate sellers you will be re-directed to their checkout to complete your purchase. All sales are tracked using our integrated affiliate tracking technology.
What payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit & debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay as well as Klarna & Clear Pay at checkout.
DELIVERY
How long does delivery take?
Delivery can depend on various factors such as;
- Which seller you ordered from
- Where the seller is located
- Where the customer is located
- Which delivery/shipping options were selected at checkout.
If you are still unsure please refer to the sellers delivery policy. At MYRAIL we recommend all sellers dispatch items with a minimum of 1-2 business days.

Had an issue with delivery?
If you’ve had an issue with a delivery we recommend to contact the seller directly first and they should be able to resolve your issue. If you still have an issue with an order please info@myrail.co.uk with your order reference and we will do our best to help.
#Please note if your issue is with the courier, you will need to speak directly to the seller.
How do I contact a seller?
You can contact the seller by sending them a direct message through MYRAIL. We advise to include your order number and item(s) ordered. If you are still having issues please email info@myrail.co.uk and we will do our very best to step in.
SELLERS
How do I start selling on MYRAIL?
To start selling on MYRAIL please email info@myrail.co.uk & our team will guide you through the process to start onboarding products onto our platform.
How do sellers get paid?
Orders placed on MYRAIL are synched using the very latest API technology, connecting real-time stock levels, availability, orders & delivery info direct to your own e-commerce platform.
Once an order is paid a seller is paid within 24 hours, minus our commission, avoiding the hassle of waiting days or weeks for payments.
How much do commission do you charge?
We charge a flat rate commission of 15% for retailers & 20% for brands on all orders processed through MYRAIL.
How do I add products to MYRAIL?
To start adding products to MYRAIL you will need to add our integrated software to your e-commerce platform to synch products, stock levels & orders. This process can take around 24 hours. Once products are synched, orders & payments can be processed via MYRAIL.

How do I return an item?
To return an item simply follow the guidelines for returns as per the sellers refunds & returns policy. This may involve filling out an online form or contacting the seller directly.
We advise all sellers to accept returns within 28 days. Return postage fees may also differ from seller to seller.

How do I get a refund?
Once you have initiated a returns with the seller, the seller should refund your order, minus any postage costs incurred, within 14 days of receipt of the receiving the product(s). We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service for returns.
